In addition to the warranties provided by our manufacturers and suppliers, our products are also supplied with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In all circumstances we aim to offer you a remedy within your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Prescription Glasses & Goggles Return Policy
At Eye Protect, we offer returns for faulty or defective prescription frames and lenses.
If you receive your prescription glasses and you cannot see out the lenses correctly, do not use the glasses/goggles and Contact Us immediately. Please also contact your Optometrist to discuss any eye health related issues you may be experiencing.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer returns if you change your mind on a product. We only offer returns for faulty or defective products.
