In addition to the warranties provided by our manufacturers and suppliers, our products are also supplied with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In all circumstances we aim to offer you a remedy within your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product Warranty Returns Process
Please do not return your product(s) to Eye Protect without first contacting our customer returns service team. To contact the Eye Protect Returns Service Team, please click here.

We aim to respond to your request within 48 hours.
Should your warranty return be approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and return address details.
PLEASE NOTE: The customer is liable for all costs (including postage) relating to the return of goods to Eye Protect.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel.
Specific Information for Product Warranties Relating to Contact Lenses
Should you believe that your contact lenses are defective please follow the following procedure:
1. Immediately discontinue wearing your contact lenses.
2. Please contact your optometrist to discuss any eye health related issues you may be experiencing.
3. Please contact the Eye Protect Customer Service Team to discuss issues relating to defective contact lenses.
4. Please keep all defective contact lenses and packaging which may be required to be returned to Eye Protect to be eligible for manufacturers replacement or exchange.
